Position Overview
Reprosify is seeking experienced and highly motivated Senior U.S. Outbound Tele-Sales Representatives to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging directly with real estate professionals across the United States, presenting the value of the Reprosify platform, and closing new subscriptions.
As a senior member of the sales team, you will handle high-quality leads, conduct detailed product presentations, overcome objections, and guide prospects through the decision-making process. You will also support junior sales representatives by sharing insights and helping refine sales strategies that improve overall team performance.
This role is ideal for professionals who have strong experience in outbound sales, excel in consultative selling, and are driven to exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to real-estate companies across the U.S. market.
Deliver compelling presentations explaining the benefits of joining the Reprosify platform.
Identify business opportunities and demonstrate how Reprosify can help professionals grow their referral network and market presence.
Handle sales objections and guide prospects through the subscription and onboarding process.
Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly revenue and performance targets.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and follow-ups within the CRM system.
Follow up with interested prospects and nurture them through the sales pipeline.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior tele-sales representatives when needed.
Share feedback with management to improve sales messaging, campaigns, and prospect targeting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in outbound telesales or inside sales targeting the U.S. market.
Excellent spoken English with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong objection-handling and consultative selling skills.
Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
Ability to confidently communicate with professionals and decision-makers.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-performance sales environment.
