Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Outbound Tele-Sales Representatives to join the Reprosify team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to real estate professionals across the United States, introducing them to the Reprosify platform, and helping them understand the value of joining our professional network. Your primary objective will be to generate interest, qualify prospects, and close new subscriptions while building strong relationships with industry professionals.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy sales, are confident communicators, and are driven by achieving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to Realtors, mortgage professionals, and title companies across the U.S.
Introduce prospects to the Reprosify platform and explain its benefits.
Identify potential clients and qualify leads through effective communication.
Present the value proposition of Reprosify and guide prospects through the subscription process.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities within the CRM system.
Follow up with interested prospects and nurture them through the sales pipeline.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide feedback to management regarding market responses and potential improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1+ year of experience in outbound telesales, telemarketing, or sales-related roles.
Excellent spoken English with strong communication and persuasion skills.
Confident phone presence and ability to engage with professionals.
Basic understanding of sales pipelines and CRM systems.
Strong listening skills and the ability to identify customer needs.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
