As part of our rapid growth, we are looking for motivated and results-driven Inbound Sales Specialists who can effectively communicate with potential customers, understand their needs, and guide them through our platform solutions.
Job Overview
As an Inbound Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries from prospective clients who are interested in Techception’s services. Your role is to engage with leads, understand their business needs, demonstrate the value of our platform, and convert inquiries into paying customers.
This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to guide prospects through the sales process with professionalism and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound inquiries from potential customers via phone, email, chat, and online forms.
Understand client business needs and recommend appropriate Techception solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain platform features and benefits.
Qualify leads and guide them through the sales process.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities within the CRM.
Follow up with interested prospects and nurture them until conversion.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide feedback on customer needs.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Requirements
1+ year of experience in inbound sales, customer service, or inside sales.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and offer solutions.
Familiarity with CRM systems or SaaS products is a plus.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
