📌 Role Overview

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in the Professional Services team, delivering technical consulting and solution architecture for Veeva Vault R&D applications and cloud platform solutions. You will lead customer implementations, design integrations, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise-level SaaS solutions for life sciences clients.


🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise in Veeva Vault R&D, SaaS implementation, and technical architecture

  • Design and implement cloud-based integrations and custom applications

  • Develop Java-based solutions using the Vault Java SDK

  • Lead and manage integration and development projects

  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Strategy teams

  • Deliver technical presentations to clients and stakeholders

  • Contribute to internal tools and knowledge base


🎓 Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in:

    • Integration architecture & enterprise/cloud software

    • Customer-facing technical consulting

  • 5+ years development experience (Java, .NET, Python, C#, or C++)

  • Strong knowledge of:

    • REST APIs, SaaS, and cloud solutions

    • SDLC processes and integration design patterns

  • Experience working with enterprise tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Workday)

  • Leadership and mentoring experience

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to travel up to 10%


Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in pharmaceutical / life sciences industry

  • Knowledge of GxP regulations and validation processes

  • Experience with AWS tools (Lambda, EC2)

  • Project management and data migration experience
