Position Overview

We are seeking top-performing sales professionals who thrive on closing high-value deals. This role is inbound-focused, meaning you will work with leads scheduled by WFS marketing. You will guide them through the WFS proprietary sales framework, manage your pipeline, and maximize revenue.

We want hungry, self-motivated, and growth-driven closers who are not afraid to make additional calls in between scheduled leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously expand product knowledge via the sales training center

  • Participate in daily sales syncs via Zoom to strategize and review calls

  • Follow WFS proprietary sales framework to guide leads through the sales process

  • Conduct consultative, question-led discovery to identify challenges and opportunities

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects

  • Deliver persuasive Zoom presentations highlighting key benefits and value

  • Achieve or exceed sales quotas and targets

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, lead management, and forecasting

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales execution

  • Uphold WFS core values to contribute to a high-performance culture

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in high-ticket or consultative sales

  • Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue

  • Strong communication, presentation, and people skills

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently

  • Experienced with CRM systems

  • Highly motivated, disciplined, and coachable

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance team environment
