Job Position: Admissions Sales Executive
Oxford Royale is seeking a confident and motivated Admissions Sales Executive to support the recruitment and enrolment of students into its prestigious summer programmes held at world-renowned universities and boarding schools.
Each year, the organization welcomes students from over 175 countries, offering programmes for junior, teen, and adult learners.
The Admissions Sales Executive plays a key role in driving student enrolment, engaging with prospective students and their families worldwide, and ensuring a smooth admissions journey from initial inquiry to final enrolment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential students and parents through calls, emails, live chat, social media, and other communication channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and families by offering personalized guidance on programmes and the admissions process.
Serve as the primary point of contact from initial inquiry to final enrolment.
Achieve or exceed individual and organizational sales targets.
Work closely with the Marketing and Admissions teams to align recruitment strategies and promotional campaigns.
Stay informed about international education market trends and competitor programmes.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns professionally.
Analyze sales data and lead performance to identify improvements and opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
Essential Skills
Proven experience in sales with a track record of achieving targets.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially when interacting with international audiences.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Experience using CRM systems and sales automation tools.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Professional and enthusiastic approach to sales and customer service.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Experience working with international clients or multicultural environments.
Understanding of the international education sector and summer school programmes.
Position Details
Role Type: Fixed-term
Location: Remote
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (rota schedule including evenings and weekends)
Salary: Approximately £30,000 per year, depending on experience
Holiday Allowance: 32 days annually (including bank holidays)
