As Digilancer prepares for its next stage of growth and capital expansion, we are seeking an experienced Venture Capital Advisor to help guide our fundraising strategy and connect us with the right investment partners.
Role Overview
The Venture Capital Advisor will work closely with Digilancer’s founder and executive leadership team to develop and execute the company’s fundraising strategy. This includes preparing the company for investor engagement, refining financial and growth narratives, and building relationships with venture capital firms, angel investors, and institutional investors.
This role is ideal for an experienced venture capital professional, startup advisor, or investment banker with strong relationships within the global investment community.
Key Responsibilities
Advise Digilancer’s leadership on fundraising strategy, capital structure, and investor positioning.
Help refine investor materials including pitch decks, financial models, and growth projections.
Provide guidance on startup valuation, investment terms, and negotiation strategies.
Connect the company with venture capital firms, angel investors, family offices, and strategic investors.
Assist in preparing the company for due diligence and investor discussions.
Provide insights on scaling strategies, market positioning, and growth opportunities.
Support long-term capital planning including future funding rounds and potential public market strategies.
Advise on building a strong investor relations framework as the company grows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience as a venture capitalist, investment banker, startup advisor, or senior executive involved in startup fundraising.
Strong relationships within venture capital, private equity, angel investment networks, and family offices.
Experience helping startups raise seed, Series A, or growth-stage funding.
Deep understanding of startup valuation, capital structures, and investment negotiations.
Experience working with technology platforms, digital marketplaces, SaaS companies, or talent platforms is highly desirable.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to guide founders through fundraising processes.
Excellent communication and investor relationship-building skills.
What You’ll Gain
Opportunity to work closely with the founder and leadership team of a rapidly growing digital workforce platform.
Influence the fundraising strategy and growth trajectory of a global marketplace business.
Potential equity participation in a high-growth technology company.
Access to a mission-driven platform focused on empowering talent and expanding global economic opportunities.
