Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Team Administrator to provide essential administrative support within our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient office operations, smooth communication across departments, and accurate management of records and correspondence.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and office administration experience to contribute to a professional, remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks to support overall team operations.

  • Handle incoming calls professionally, maintaining excellent phone etiquette.

  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes as required.

  • Maintain and update records using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks where applicable.

  • Perform data entry with accuracy, ensuring all information is up-to-date.

  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing team calendars.

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.

  • Support invoicing and financial record keeping using QuickBooks or similar software.

  • Ensure the office environment (remote workspace) remains organised and efficient.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles, preferably within an office setting.

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.

  • Experience with QuickBooks or other record management systems is desirable.

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

  • Fast and accurate typing skills.

  • Strong communication skills, both via phone and email.

  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telephones.

  • Previous customer service or client-facing experience is an advantage.
