Role Overview

AIFOD is seeking a confident and professional Communications Associate to support stakeholder engagement and outreach efforts. This role is call-focused, requiring strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to represent AIFOD clearly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective members and partners

• Respond to inbound inquiries and provide accurate information

• Clearly communicate AIFOD’s membership structure and benefits

• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent engagement

• Schedule meetings for senior team members

• Maintain detailed call records and update internal systems

• Handle objections respectfully and escalate when necessary

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in call centre, tele-calling, customer service, or outreach roles

• Strong spoken English skills with clear articulation

• Comfortable speaking with senior-level professionals

• Good listening skills and ability to adapt tone during conversations

• Organised, disciplined, and able to manage follow-ups

• Basic computer proficiency
