Description

Digilancer is seeking a Head of Recruitment / Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale the Digilancer Recruit division, connecting top talent with companies locally and globally. This role is responsible for designing and executing the overall recruitment strategy, building strong employer partnerships, and leading a high-performing recruitment team.

The Director of Talent Acquisition will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle—from talent sourcing and candidate experience to employer partnerships and recruitment operations. This individual will play a key role in transforming Digilancer Recruit into a scalable recruitment ecosystem that serves startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients across multiple industries.

The ideal candidate is a strategic leader, recruitment expert, and business builder who understands modern talent acquisition practices, recruitment technology, and employer relationship management.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement the overall talent acquisition strategy for Digilancer Recruit.

  • Establish recruitment processes, standards, and best practices to ensure high-quality candidate placement.

  • Build and lead a team of recruiters, talent sourcers, and recruitment coordinators.

  • Set clear recruitment KPIs, hiring targets, and performance metrics for the team.

  • Continuously improve recruitment workflows using data, automation, and AI-driven tools.


Employer Partnerships & Business Growth

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with companies seeking talent through Digilancer Recruit.

  • Develop strategic partnerships with corporations, startups, and organizations to create long-term hiring pipelines.

  • Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to acquire new employer clients.

  • Identify emerging hiring trends and market opportunities to expand Digilancer’s recruitment services.

  • Represent Digilancer Recruit in industry events, networking forums, and strategic meetings.


Talent Pipeline Development

  • Design strategies to attract top talent through job boards, universities, online communities, and social networks.

  • Build and maintain a robust candidate database and talent pool for various industries.

  • Ensure high-quality candidate screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination processes.

  • Implement systems to maintain long-term engagement with candidates within the Digilancer ecosystem.


Recruitment Operations & Process Optimization

  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.

  • Implement efficient Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.

  • Ensure a seamless and professional experience for both employers and candidates.

  • Monitor recruiter productivity, pipeline health, and hiring success rates.


Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions for the recruitment team.

  • Develop internal training programs to enhance recruiter skills.


Collaboration with Other Digilancer Divisions

  • Work closely with the Digilancer Training & LMS division to create job-ready talent pipelines.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop employer branding and recruitment campaigns.

  • Coordinate with the Digilancer Marketplace and community teams to expand talent sourcing channels.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of successful placements

  • Employer satisfaction and retention rate

  • Candidate satisfaction and placement success rate

  • Time-to-hire and recruitment efficiency

  • Growth of employer partnerships

  • Growth of candidate database and talent network


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR leadership roles.

  • Proven experience leading recruitment teams or talent acquisition departments.

  • Experience working with recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and talent databases.

  • Strong knowledge of modern hiring strategies and talent sourcing techniques.
