Position Overview

Digilancer is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Strategic Partnerships Manager to build and expand partnerships that support the growth of Digilancer Recruit. This role focuses on establishing long-term relationships with corporations, universities, training institutes, and professional organizations to create sustainable hiring pipelines and talent ecosystems.

The Strategic Partnerships Manager will play a key role in connecting companies with qualified talent while simultaneously building partnerships with educational institutions and training providers to ensure a continuous supply of job-ready professionals.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, network builder, and strategic thinker with experience in business development, partnerships, or talent ecosystem development.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Partnerships Development

  • Identify and establish relationships with companies seeking to hire talent through Digilancer Recruit.

  • Develop long-term partnerships with employers across various industries.

  • Present Digilancer’s recruitment solutions to corporate clients and demonstrate the value of the platform.

  • Collaborate with employer clients to understand their hiring needs and workforce requirements.

  • Build hiring pipelines and long-term recruitment partnerships with corporate organizations.

University & Training Institution Partnerships

  • Build partnerships with universities, colleges, training institutes, and professional development organizations.

  • Create programs that connect students and graduates with employment opportunities through Digilancer Recruit.

  • Develop internship, trainee, and entry-level hiring programs in collaboration with educational institutions.

  • Work closely with training providers to ensure talent development aligns with employer demand.

Talent Ecosystem Development

  • Develop a structured talent pipeline connecting education → training → employment within the Digilancer ecosystem.

  • Identify new opportunities for collaboration with professional communities and skill development organizations.

  • Build partnerships that support job readiness programs and workforce development initiatives.

Business Development & Growth

  • Identify new partnership opportunities that expand Digilancer Recruit’s reach and influence.

  • Negotiate partnership agreements and collaboration frameworks.

  • Work with marketing and sales teams to develop joint initiatives with partner organizations.

  • Represent Digilancer at industry events, networking forums, and educational conferences.

Partnership Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong and ongoing relationships with strategic partners.

  • Monitor partnership performance and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Coordinate communication between partners and internal Digilancer teams.

  • Ensure partner organizations receive excellent support and collaboration.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with the recruitment team to match employer demand with available talent.

  • Coordinate with marketing teams to promote partnership programs and opportunities.

  • Support the development of initiatives that strengthen Digilancer’s employer and talent network.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of strategic partnerships established

  • Number of employer partnerships generating hiring opportunities

  • Number of university and training institution collaborations

  • Candidate pipelines generated through partnerships

  • Partnership engagement and retention rates

  • Revenue or hiring growth generated through partnerships

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, recruitment, or institutional relations.

  • Experience working with corporate clients, educational institutions, or professional organizations.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
