Position Overview
Digilancer is seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Partnership Manager (Universities & Training Institutes) to build strong collaborations with educational institutions and training providers. This role is responsible for developing partnerships that create sustainable talent pipelines, connecting students and graduates with employment opportunities through Digilancer Recruit.
The Partnership Manager will work closely with universities, colleges, technical institutes, and professional training centers to establish programs that prepare students for the job market and facilitate their transition into employment. This includes developing internship programs, career placement initiatives, and workforce readiness partnerships.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, passionate about talent development, and experienced in building relationships with educational institutions and training organizations.
Key Responsibilities
University & Academic Partnerships
Develop and maintain partnerships with universities, colleges, and higher education institutions.
Coordinate with career services departments to promote employment opportunities through Digilancer Recruit.
Establish campus recruitment programs that connect employers with graduating students.
Organize career fairs, recruitment drives, and information sessions in collaboration with partner universities.
Build long-term relationships with academic leadership and faculty members.
Training Institute Partnerships
Build relationships with technical training centers, coding bootcamps, professional certification providers, and vocational institutes.
Identify programs that produce job-ready talent aligned with employer needs.
Develop placement pathways for graduates from training programs.
Support training institutes in aligning their curriculum with industry hiring requirements.
Talent Pipeline Development
Build structured pipelines that connect students → graduates → employers through Digilancer Recruit.
Identify high-potential students and graduates for early career opportunities.
Maintain databases of students and graduates entering the job market.
Ensure a steady supply of qualified candidates for employer partners.
Career Development & Job Readiness Programs
Collaborate with universities and training institutes to implement career readiness initiatives.
Organize workshops and seminars focused on resume building, interview preparation, and professional skills.
Support internship and trainee placement programs for students and recent graduates.
Recruitment Campaign Coordination
Coordinate with recruitment teams to align student talent with employer hiring needs.
Promote entry-level and graduate job opportunities available through Digilancer Recruit.
Assist employers in organizing campus hiring campaigns.
Partnership Relationship Management
Maintain strong and ongoing relationships with institutional partners.
Ensure partner institutions receive regular communication and updates on opportunities.
Monitor the success of partnership programs and improve engagement strategies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of university partnerships established
Number of training institute partnerships developed
Volume of students and graduates onboarded to the platform
Number of candidates placed through institutional partnerships
Employer satisfaction with entry-level hiring pipelines
Growth of Digilancer Recruit presence in academic institutions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in partnerships, career services, recruitment, or educational program management.
Experience working with universities, training institutes, or workforce development programs is preferred.
Familiarity with campus recruitment and graduate placement programs.
