About the Role

As a Marketing Assistant at TalentPop, your mission is to support the marketing team in a fast‑growing environment. You will help with content management, campaign tracking, social media, community engagement, event planning, and growth initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with project management for TalentPop’s media outlet, CXplained.

  • Manage and maintain content on the Webflow platform, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Create and post content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

  • Track and report marketing campaign performance, analysing trends and insights.

  • Engage and moderate the company’s Slack community.

  • Assist in planning, promoting, and hosting online events (e.g. webinars, workshops, AMAs).

  • Manage external copywriters, assign briefs, review content, and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Create and manage UTM links to track campaign performance.

  • Assist with planning and execution of paid advertising on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop growth strategies.

  • Support Hubspot workflows and Zapier automations as needed.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing.

  • Copywriting experience (1+ years) is highly desirable.

  • Hubspot experience (1+ years) preferred.

  • Strong understanding of e‑commerce, marketing, and customer service.

  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms).

  • Knowledge of Notion is a plus.

  • Experience with Canva or similar design tools is a plus.

  • Able to communicate via Zoom, phone, Slack, and email.
