Role Overview
One of the company’s clients is hiring experienced Software Engineers to support research collaborations with leading AI laboratories. In this position, you will contribute to building high-quality training datasets that improve AI model performance on real-world client-side web development tasks.
This role offers an opportunity for front-end engineers to apply their technical expertise in helping develop next-generation intelligent systems.
About the Project
The project focuses on creating “vibe coding” datasets that help train AI models in client-side development skills such as:
State management
Interactive user interfaces
UI correctness and functionality
Robust front-end behavior
Possible project tasks include:
Interactive web applications
Browser-based games
Visualizations and simulations
Front-end development tools and utilities
Key Responsibilities
Write realistic and self-contained prompts for client-side web apps, games, and simulations.
Develop precise binary rubrics tagged by verification type.
Ensure evaluation criteria are strictly pass/fail and verifiable through screenshots and code inspection.
Design tasks that evaluate UI behavior, logic accuracy, and edge-case handling.
Ideal Qualifications
2+ years of experience in front-end or full-stack development (or technical content creation in web development).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or vanilla JavaScript.
Ability to write clear technical documentation and structured evaluation criteria.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Project Details
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 1–2 months
Commitment: Part-time (15–25 hours per week, with flexibility up to 40 hours)
