Job Overview
The Sales Representative is responsible for growing the usage and revenue of Pearson’s digital learning platforms such as:
MyLab
Mastering
Revel
The role focuses on building relationships with educators and institutions, increasing product adoption, and supporting customers with the best digital learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Grow revenue and usage of Pearson digital learning platforms.
Build strong relationships with educators and institutional clients.
Identify potential customers through networking, research, and social selling.
Present and demonstrate Pearson’s digital products to customers.
Manage the full sales cycle (prospecting → presentation → negotiation → closing).
Retain existing customers and drive renewals and upselling.
Develop strategic plans to expand sales territory.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success.
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM system.
Keep updated knowledge of the education market and digital learning trends.
Qualifications
Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
Proven sales experience with strong performance record.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce).
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel when required.
Valid driver’s license.

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 CAD annually
Eligible for Pearson sales incentive plan
