Job Overview

The Sales Representative is responsible for growing the usage and revenue of Pearson’s digital learning platforms such as:

  • MyLab

  • Mastering

  • Revel

The role focuses on building relationships with educators and institutions, increasing product adoption, and supporting customers with the best digital learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow revenue and usage of Pearson digital learning platforms.

  • Build strong relationships with educators and institutional clients.

  • Identify potential customers through networking, research, and social selling.

  • Present and demonstrate Pearson’s digital products to customers.

  • Manage the full sales cycle (prospecting → presentation → negotiation → closing).

  • Retain existing customers and drive renewals and upselling.

  • Develop strategic plans to expand sales territory.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success.

  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM system.

  • Keep updated knowledge of the education market and digital learning trends.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.

  • Proven sales experience with strong performance record.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce).

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • Willingness to travel when required.

  • Valid driver’s license.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 CAD annually
