Position Overview
We are seeking top-performing sales professionals who thrive on closing high-value deals. This role is inbound-focused, meaning you will work with leads scheduled by WFS marketing. You will guide them through the WFS proprietary sales framework, manage your pipeline, and maximize revenue.
We want hungry, self-motivated, and growth-driven closers who are not afraid to make additional calls in between scheduled leads.

Key Responsibilities
Continuously expand product knowledge via the sales training center
Participate in daily sales syncs via Zoom to strategize and review calls
Follow WFS proprietary sales framework to guide leads through the sales process
Conduct consultative, question-led discovery to identify challenges and opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with prospects
Deliver persuasive Zoom presentations highlighting key benefits and value
Achieve or exceed sales quotas and targets
Maintain accurate CRM records, lead management, and forecasting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales execution
Uphold WFS core values to contribute to a high-performance culture
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in high-ticket or consultative sales
Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue
Strong communication, presentation, and people skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Experienced with CRM systems
Highly motivated, disciplined, and coachable
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance team environment

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base pay + commissions ($90K–$300K/year)
