Role Overview
The Account Coordinator supports client account management and ensures smooth internal operations. Reporting to the Account Manager, this role involves assisting with client communications, coordinating tasks, and providing project support across digital marketing campaigns, social media, and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Account Support
Organize client deliverables and track next steps
Join client calls for note-taking and exposure to client interactions
Prepare materials for meetings and client reports
Maintain internal documentation for alignment
Provide administrative support when Account Managers are unavailable
Adapt support to meet agency needs
Project & Task Coordination
Track project timelines and internal deadlines
Send reminders to team members for upcoming or overdue tasks
Ensure briefs and resources are shared before tasks begin
Assist with task templates and internal workflows
Team Collaboration & Communication
Weekly meetings with Account Managers to discuss challenges
Check-ins with specialists to surface blockers
Relay feedback to Account Managers for planning
Coordinate cross-department hand-offs (e.g., creative to paid media)
Facilitate clear and organized communication across teams
Success Metrics
Client Satisfaction: Positive feedback and strong client relationships
Project Delivery: Timely and quality deliverables
Internal Coordination: Effective communication within the team
Task Management: High on-time task completion rate
Required Skills & Experience
2–3 years in account coordination, marketing, project management, or related fields
Remote work experience and ability to work PST hours
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization, time-management, and problem-solving abilities
Adaptable to fast-paced environments and open to feedback
Interest in digital marketing and growth in the industry
Preferred / Bonus Skills:
Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok
Tools like Teamwork, Notion, Slack, Google Suite
Copywriting, content creation, or influencer marketing experience
