The Customer Service Agent serves as the first point of contact for the company, ensuring that prospects and clients receive friendly, efficient, and helpful service. The role involves understanding client needs, answering inquiries, and providing appropriate solutions while maintaining the company’s values and reputation.

Requirements
Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory).
Strong customer service skills and professional communication with clients.

Interest in personal and professional growth.
University studies in Social Communication, Law, Management, or Marketing are preferred.
Availability to work Monday to Friday and follow a fixed schedule.

Strong negotiation skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
Experience in reporting activities and results.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Familiarity with virtual communication platforms such as Skype, MS Teams, and WhatsApp.
Willingness to learn new software and develop professional skills.
Openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
Reliable computer equipment and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
Main Responsibilities
Answer calls and address initial questions from potential clients.
Engage prospects and generate interest in the company’s services.
Introduce and explain the company’s brand and services to clients.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Schedule appointments for initial consultations.
Monitor the quality of customer service interactions.
Respond to client or prospect questions and complaints.
Facilitate communication between clients and company staff.
Prepare and submit activity reports.
