Position Overview
Reprosify is seeking an organized and proactive U.S. Outbound Tele-Sales Team Coordinator to support and manage the daily operations of our outbound telesales team. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between sales representatives, managing lead distribution, monitoring team performance, and helping maintain an efficient sales pipeline.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team by organizing workflows, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring that leads and follow-ups are handled effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the daily operations of the U.S. outbound telesales team.
Distribute and manage lead lists for sales representatives.
Monitor call activities, follow-ups, and sales pipeline progress.
Ensure all sales activities are accurately recorded in the CRM system.
Track team performance metrics such as call volume, appointments, and conversions.
Assist the sales manager in organizing schedules, reporting, and team performance reviews.
Provide administrative and operational support to outbound sales representatives.
Coordinate communication between the sales team, marketing team, and management.
Identify workflow improvements to increase team efficiency and productivity.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in sales coordination, sales operations, or telesales team support.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Experience working with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Ability to monitor and manage multiple sales activities simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting U.S.-focused telesales teams.
Familiarity with outbound calling systems and lead management platforms.
Basic understanding of sales pipelines and performance metrics.
