We are currently looking for a professional and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.

Job Overview

The Receptionist / Front Desk Officer will be responsible for managing the reception area, greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and assisting with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to maintain a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or team member.

  • Manage visitor logs and maintain reception area records.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

  • Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating conference rooms.

  • Provide basic administrative support to different departments when needed.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

  • Assist HR or management with basic office coordination tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude.

  • Ability to multitask and manage administrative responsibilities.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a corporate or technology company environment.

  • Good spoken English communication skills.
