As Digilancer continues to expand its global presence, we are seeking a Content & Creative Director who will lead our brand storytelling and creative production across all platforms.

Role Overview

The Content & Creative Director will be responsible for developing and executing Digilancer’s visual and creative strategy across marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and brand communications. This role oversees photography, videography, creative direction, and storytelling to ensure that Digilancer’s brand identity is consistently communicated through compelling visual and multimedia content.

The ideal candidate is a creative leader who can translate brand vision into engaging campaigns that inspire audiences, strengthen brand recognition, and drive marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of Digilancer’s creative and visual content strategy across all marketing channels.

Manage photography, videography, and multimedia production for brand campaigns, events, and promotional content.

Oversee the creation of high-quality content including promotional videos, documentaries, social media content, brand storytelling, and digital advertisements.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and growth teams to design compelling marketing campaigns.

Develop creative concepts and storytelling frameworks that communicate Digilancer’s mission, services, and value proposition.

Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets, marketing materials, and digital platforms.

Direct creative production including shoots, editing, post-production, and design workflows.

Manage and mentor internal creative teams including photographers, videographers, designers, and editors.

Identify new creative trends, storytelling techniques, and content formats that enhance audience engagement.

Oversee the production of content for social media, websites, advertising campaigns, and educational materials.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven experience in creative direction, content production, or brand storytelling.

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in photography, videography, visual storytelling, and creative campaigns.

Experience managing creative teams including designers, videographers, photographers, and editors.

Deep understanding of digital content production for social media, advertising, and brand marketing.

Strong knowledge of video production workflows, editing tools, and creative software.

Ability to conceptualize and lead high-impact marketing campaigns.

Strong creative vision combined with strategic thinking and marketing awareness.

Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.

Experience working with digital platforms, startups, or technology companies is highly preferred.
