Position Overview
Reprosify is seeking a detail-oriented Client Profile Creation Specialist with basic technical knowledge of PHP, HTML, and WordPress to assist in creating and managing professional profiles for clients on our platform. This role is responsible for setting up client pages, organizing content, formatting information properly, and ensuring each profile meets our platform’s quality and branding standards.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with web-based systems, handling structured data, and performing light customization of profile pages when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage professional profiles for real-estate companies on the Reprosify platform.

• Format and upload profile information, including company details, bios, service areas, and contact information.

• Use HTML and basic PHP knowledge to ensure profiles are correctly formatted and visually consistent.

• Work within WordPress or similar CMS systems to update and maintain profile pages.

• Upload images, logos, and media while maintaining brand standards.

• Ensure all profile data is accurate, complete, and optimized for online visibility.

• Coordinate with account managers and onboarding teams to gather client information.

• Make minor layout adjustments or edits when necessary to maintain platform consistency.

• Troubleshoot minor formatting or display issues within profile pages.

• Maintain internal documentation and records of completed client profiles.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of HTML and PHP.

• Experience working with WordPress or similar content management systems.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow formatting guidelines.

• Familiarity with uploading and managing web content such as images, text, and structured information.

• Basic understanding of website structure and web page layouts.

• Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple profile setups simultaneously.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
