Position Overview
Reprosify is seeking an experienced Paid Advertising Manager (PPC Specialist) to lead and manage our paid advertising strategy across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns that generate qualified leads for our platform, targeting real estate professionals across the United States.
This role requires a highly analytical and results-driven individual who understands how to scale campaigns efficiently while maintaining strong return on ad spend (ROAS). The Paid Advertising Manager will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure campaigns drive measurable growth and consistent lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
Develop targeted campaigns to attract Realtors, Mortgage Professionals, and Title Companies to the Reprosify platform.
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to optimize campaign performance.
Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize ads, bidding strategies, and targeting to improve conversions.
Manage and allocate advertising budgets to maximize lead generation and ROI.
Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures.
Track performance metrics such as cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Stay up to date with the latest paid advertising trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing PPC and paid advertising campaigns.
Strong experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Proven track record of generating qualified leads and optimizing campaign performance.
Strong analytical skills and experience using advertising analytics tools.
Experience with conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and retargeting strategies.
Ability to manage large advertising budgets and scale campaigns efficiently.
Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM integrations, and landing page optimization.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
